I had a most positive visit with a young lady named Lisa Balcer at the Arden Branch of Sun Trust Bank yesterday. I walked in with no appointment, was greeted by her, reviewed my (personal) situation and needs. She immediately took me to her office, dug in, and took the time to satisfy all my needs and questions. I have a renewed faith in the Banking Business. Her Customer Service was above and beyond the call of duty. I appreciate her, and the Bank staff there, and will continue to bank there and sing their good graces.
