My aunt ordered a burger with no bun, and when her food came she basically got a slab of meat on a plate with some cheese. She still wanted the condiments and everything else with it, but for some reason they assumed because she asked for no bun that meant absolutely nothing on it. I asked for honey mustard with my chicken tenders, and instead got ranch dressing. My grandparents were supposed to get celery and sauce with their wings, and they didn't bring that for them. The girl, who we know was the food runner and not our waitress, kept running off before we could finish our sentences to ask for something. I understand that it was trivia night tonight and a bit busy, but service should still run a bit more smoothly than that.
Poor food quality. Poorer service. Used to be good. So disappointed.

Great Cheers restaurant in WNC....wings the Best....Food...your eating scences will love it....atmosphere.....like family...defiantly a place you don't want to miss out on...as well as all local brews...Belgium....Bear Water....Nevada....just to name a few.
The atmosphere is laid back. Great place to watch games on tv and eat wings.
