Worst experience we have ever had at a McDonald's. All the tables were dirty. They shorted us a drink and fries. My son's happy meal had no burger and they gave him yogurt instead of apples. The fries were cold and gross. They were out of straws, lids, and ketchup at the drink station. When my husband asked for some they just threw a huge pack of each on the counter in front of him. He had to open the packs to get what we needed.
The place is clean and the service is always friendly. The manager is always working hard. The only reason I stopped here is for really hot fries. About half the time I don't get that. Reason for the rating.
Every time and I mean every time I go through your drive thru my order is screwed up. How hard is it for you to check a damn order? Is there Sweet and Sour and BBQ in the bag? The order screen had it on there.....yep you say. Nope you lazy ass it's not. If you can't read an order correctly how in the world are you going to succeed at anything?
When I got there other people in line looked to be waiting a while and said they hadn't ordered yet. When I finally ordered they charged me for my meals incorrectly which resulted in me paying more. We waited for quite a while for the food and finally went up to ask about where our food was and we were told that they accidentally gave it away to someone in the drive through so we had to wait for them to make it again which they were very rude about and didn't even apologize for. Finally when we got the food one of our fries weren't the correct size that we asked for so we went back up to get the correct size and they refused to help and just asked if I'd like to buy another fry, they did not offer to let me pay the size difference the only option was to buy a whole other order of fries. Finally my girlfriend had to go back up and speak to someone else before they would help. The staff that I spoke to was very rude especially the lady that was wearing the crew trainer hat. This was the worst experience I have had at a McDonald's before or at any fast food restaurant.
We were in drive thru for about 15 minutes. They forgot to give me my drink. When I asked if they forgot my drink, he said "oh yeah..." handed me the drink which spilled soda on my hand. When I asked for a napkin, he handed me 25-30 napkins and closed the window. Never apologized for anything.
