Dr. Kurtz is amazing! One of the best annual appointments Ive ever had. Office staff are kind & location is beautiful.
I would absolutely not recomend this practice to anyone. I was sent a letter marked that my PAP was normal in fall of 08. In January the office called me to say it was a mistake and my results were abnormal. Pretty big oversight in my opinon. After another pap was preformed, it was determined that I needed a biopsy. I was charged for a full office visit to come in for a consult to discuss my results. I waited 45 minutes with no explaination or apology to see my doctor. Once the nurse came to get me (after I had to draw attention to the time), she was very rude and acted as though I was inconviencing her by trying to keep my scheduled apointment time. Once the doctor came in, she gave me a brocher on the type of condition I had and left the room. Did I mention I was charged a full visit price for this nightmare? Needless to say, I have found a new physician.
Dr. Kurtz is awesome.... It was my first visit to a gyno and she did a wonderful job of making me feel comfortable and explaining everything to me!! So glad I found her!!
All of the office staff and nurses at the Fletcher (Arden) location have always been kind, attentive and accommodating. I have seen many of the doctors in this practice and I have felt well taken care of by each. I always prefer, and therefore request, Dr. M. K. Goodwin. She is kind and knowledgeable. She is genuinely interested in the lives and issues of her patients. She delivered 2 of my 4 children (the first 2 were born 10+ years prior, I wish she could have been my doctor then, too!) I cannot recommend this practice, specifically the Fletcher (Arden) location and Dr. M. K. Goodwin highly enough.
Doctors are nice and competent. Office staff is difficult, and inattentive, and unprofessional.
