Geek squad was very helpful. They gave us replacement value for our busted LG tv and we were able to leave with a new one. Thanks guys we'd been without for over a week and hope we have better luck with this one.
I walked in best buy and went to the cellular place. I wanted my number put on my moms old phone since she was not using it plus the phone I had was messing up. Anyways the person did not want to take the time to help. She said oh we can't do that here. She said go online and it will guide you on what you want done. Went home did go online and it was a bunch of mumbo jumbo. Went to the cell phone place that I got the phone from. The guy says oh I can help you with that. Take your phone to the cellular carrier that you are with. Never go to best buy. They are crappie!!
