Stopped in on my lunch break today and was greeted by Susan. She was friendly, efficient and did a fabulous job. Have not had a haircut this great in a long time, and in a very timely manner which allowed me to get back to work on time. Well done, Susan! Thanks.
Have to have the stylist cut it 3 times before they get it down to the 1inch length I originally requested. Every time. None of them seem to know the meaning of the word "taper" on the sides. It's work to just get your haircut and then you have to pay for the privilege.
Sam did a great job on my hair. I asked that she do whatever she wanted because I just was tired of my hair looking raggy and falling in my face because it is so thick. She did a great job and is very sweet. I am thrilled with my cut.
Can't give no stars so they get one. Refused to do 10 year old's request for some hairdye in her hair. We showed up at opening on Sunday as it is not a place you can make appt. The staff told us that they weren't going to do any hairdyes that day and were only going to do haircuts! Really? We drove 30 mins to this store location. The girls are rude, condescending and have blocked my attempts at speaking to store manager nor franchise owner. I have had to take this to coroporate office level. Horrible experience. Go elsewhere. They can't provide advertised services.
Sam is the best !! She gave me a total makeover .. Both my kids were there with me and she was so chill.. I'm definitely going back for touch ups!!!
