Dr. Whitney Garren is the most amazing Dr. I have been to. She and Vickie, You couldn’t ask for better. They care about their patients, and they addressed every situation you ask them to. I’ve never been to a place That will take you in as fast as I do. So thank you ladies for being such wonderful people.

Dr. Andrew Runkle is the Best! He actually listens and is very calm and soothes the nerves of us patients who have "white coat syndrome'. He is also a great diagnostician.

The staff is excellent, the quickness of the doctors is amazing and, being an established patient with no health insurance, the tiered pricing is unbelievable.

We had another incident where the Dr. recommended a hip ultrasound. I was told I would receive a call to schedule it. When I didn't receive a call in the timeframe I was told I called to check on it. The girl was very rude and told me it usually took a few weeks. I questioned it taking a few weeks to schedule an ultrasound and was told that's how long it takes. We made it to our next scheduled well visit without the ultrasound being ordered.

I was a patient of Dr Speers for 6 years, he was wonderful, caring and very involved with my overall care. When he left I transferred over to Dr Sander. It was a fairly smooth transition and I feel lucky I have him. He's awesome and has continued the wonderful care I receive at Vista Family Health. I highly recommend him as a treating physician.

We have been going here for my daughters well visits. Her first well visit was in Sept. 2016 and I was told it would be covered 100% under insurance. When I never received a bill I assumed it had been filed and was paid for as I was told. Almost a year later Aug 2017 I was told I had a $274 bill for that first well visit and that it was too late to file it under insurance. I called and was told it was my fault! She said I would have received a letter from the insurance company saying it wasn't being covered. I never received such a letter. I called both of my insurance companies (our insurance switched shortly after my daughters birth) and both said it was never filed! The lady I spoke with on the phone was very accusatory and rude. She asked if I wanted it sent to escalations (which I assumed was someone who dealt with bills that were being contested) I said yes. They sent the bill to collections! I am now stuck paying $274 for a well visit that would have been covered 100% under my insurance after going almost an entire year with no phone calls, letters, etc. that the bill even existed. In the end they win because we are left with no option but to pay so our credit isn't negatively effected.

I haven't had a problem with the doctor but the staff here are not doing their job well. These are things that should be routinely done and done well. I understand mistakes happen but when its your mistake you should pay for it not the patient.
