I would never hire this company based on the excessive noise pollution it is causing my whole neighborhood this morning. I know it's Stanley Steemer because the van is parked right outside my window making these crazy loud noises. The whole neighborhood shouldn't be woken up for carpet cleaning. Get quieter technology.
I'm not one to complain normally, but this is excessive. My neighbor has been getting their carpet cleaned or something this morning and the noise is SO SO loud... it has literally been going non stop for almost 4 hours (starting before 9am). Woke me up, and the sound is so loud that it's hard to hear the tv or sleep or even read in peace! The noise is loud and literally constant. For hours!!
I wish I had taken a before and after photos of the carpet upstairs, but needless to say they look amazing. We just bought a new house, and the carpet was just gross and lived in and a good number of years old. We didn't have the money to get it replaced, so we reached out to Stanley Steemer, and the carpet almost looks like new! The guys got here early, Charlie and Bo were fantastic, and I would recommend them to anyone!
