Paid $190 a night including around $30 for breakfast - the menu was as complicated as an insurance policy.... told myself, don't start the day in a wrong mood... But wait, someone jumped the queue... and I had to tell the person at the counter to be very careful about allowing that... gave feedback on the BF menu to the front desk... What else can you expect other than "its corporate standards and I really wish it was easier for our guests"... Everyday is a new experience....
Clean rooms, nice staff, doing laundry is a little expensive, but overall it's a nice place to say.
Nice and friendly staff all except the GM Fran Manley. Very rude and impatient person. Took my family there to get away from Hurricane Irma in Florida and ended up being accused of fraud and threatened to have the police called on me and my family. All because she said we were "Racking up a hefty bill". Never felt so humiliated and discriminated against in my life. I only gave 2 stars because everyone else was very nice and accommodating. Btw I ended up having to pay everything in cash because the original payment method was not going to be accepted.
More than accommodating. We were in town for a funeral and they were perfect to us. Great rooms in location to Asheville and wonderful amenities.
The staff here is amazing! Like, truly concerned and helpful. Checking in was a breeze. My room was clean and fresh. The showers were great! The next morning I had asked for them to arrange a ride to the airport for me. That particular ride fell threw. Without saying anything the front desk dude arranged to have me taken in their bus, even though it was 6:30 in the morning and they don't normally drive that early. THANK YOU!!
