Recently, I was in the need of someone to tear off an old double layered shingle roof and put a new layer of shingles on a house in east Asheville. I was referred to Chad at Independent Construction. I called him first thing on a Monday morning and he showed up just after lunch to take a look at the job. He gave me great suggestions for what the roof needed and gave me a price on the spot. Lynda was very helpful over the phone in determining the right choice in shingle for the job and had the material onsite right away. Their crew members were hard working and friendly, did a great job, and left the site clean at the end of the day. The house looks great. Chad even custom fabricated a metal cap and vent for the chimney. I will certainly work with them in the future and recommend their services with confidence.
