This morning Emily at USPS Arden took extra time to help me send an unusual item. Her great attitude, attention to detail, and determination to help was fantastic. I plan to use this location more!!
Considering the political atmosphere they find themselves in w/ Congress they are operating a good system (best in the world) and serves our needs at this time!
A small local US Post Office. The folks there are friendly and courteous. And YES they do maintain regular operating hours. I visit here and use their services often. Conveniently located on Hendersonville Rd in Arden, NC. Lots of parking and easy to find.
Store hours state they are open 9-12 on Saturday. The door was locked. I heard people working inside so I rang the customer service door bell. They yelled back that they were closed. This office needs to change their hours and work on kinder customer service.
