Regardless, the employees were very courteous both on the phone and in person, and I was taken care of very quickly. Brett was a great help, and his supporting team of coworkers were all equally awesome. It's nice moving to a new area and finding such good customer service!
I had a slow leak in a front tire. Pulled in 15 minutes before closing. Joey met me in the parking lot. I explained the situation and he said not to worry they would take care of it. About 20 minutes later they had found the nail and plugged the tire. Cost? "No charge." My daughter had the same experience but I figured it was because she had purchased her tires there. Nope. Standard practice. I'll be back when it's time to buy new tires. Outstanding!
There's a young man named Johnathan that rocks this place. I have had trucks, trailers and recreational Jeeps my whole life. I've always done work myself and typically can't stand dealing with chain stores like this place. Johnathan is knowledgeable, kind and helpful. The whole team here seems happy and motivated to do their job. Which speaks volumes about the team they have from management down. I really enjoy working with these guys to get my tires, balancing large off-road tires, fixing flats and more. They are my go to tire location.
I did not realize that this store was here and the same as Discount Tire Direct online. I ordered $1000 of tires and wheels from Discount Tire online with new TPMS installed in each tire. I was dreading going to the Lexus stealership as they would have charged me $250 to do this. Thank you for having someone trained to use the scanner /programmer and getting me in and out in literally 10 minutes. Sorry I forgot the young man's name. He was AA, extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Went there for a new tire. Ended up getting a whole set for a great price, Armando and Dan helped me get back on the road. They were super friendly. Armando changed my tires and did a great job, i havent had a single problem all thanks to him. He was also very attractive.
I purchased my tires from the Discount tire webstore because no one had them in stock locally. I dropped off a set on Friday and another set on Saturday. I already had the wheels off the car, so that may have helped expedite the process.
