Our car was driving wonky, so my husband set up an appointment for our Highlander before leaving the country for two and a half weeks. The assistant manager, Brad (?) was friendly, professional, and thorough. He strongly encouraged new tires, as they were horribly worn down. There was no sales pressure, and he had one of the guys put the spare tire on, since he didn't want me driving on one particularly bad tire. (There was a huge difference driving home with the spare.) The asst. manager even crawled under the car for ten minutes to get a pic of the bad split tire so I could send it to my husband.
Used to be a pretty solid place... not too long after the name change came a new manager... first visit tried to hustle me into spending more with them on an oil change for worse oil and filter... second and last visit, dropped car off for headlight change... 3 hours later, stopped by, manager lied about calling and leaving a voicemail twice, and then start "working" without my permission on what he quoted was a minimum $80 headlight bulb change... the bulb is $12 and I brought it in myself... WILL NEVER GO AGAIN, and will always spread the bad word, you guys earned it!
Absolutely love Brad and Ed. Both are extremely genuine, hardworking gentlemen who take care of their customers. Both patiently explained processes I had little knowledge of and did not push any products or services. My car is in top notch condition to travel now after an affordable and terrific job on an alignment and tire installation. I will always take my business to them!
In a couple of days the tires had been delivered to the shop and Mr. Tire changed the old tires out and fixed the alignment, all at a great price. Our tire size is large, so we were surprised at how low the price was! Overall, excellent service and value!
This is probably the best place to have your car serviced. The staff is very friendly and they explain everything in detail as opposed to giving you vague information regarding repairs. The prices are not inflated and I really appreciate that. Any major repairs I've needed to have done to my car have always been taken care of in a timely manner and the work is exceptional. Ed and Brad are some of the best associates to deal with but you shouldn't have a problem with any mechanic you encounter at this location. If you're looking for great repair work at an affordable price and within a timely manner, this is the place to take your car.
