Took our babies in Saturday. Lady at front desk refused to check us in. We were five minutes early. She took other patients before us. Then the lady who takes information acted like we're at fault for us not wanting to a certain vaccine. It was not that important. Had blood drawn for a liver panels. Told would be back no later than Tuesday. The lady we talked when we called was rude and insulting. Results still depending. The doctor who ran it will not be back till Friday. Banfied is going to hell. Love Dr foster. They need aot better support people.
New to the area and needed to get my dogs shots updated. Called Banfield, they set up a drop off appointment for me. They were great!! Vet called and went over the exam and talked to me for a bit and answered any questions I had. Few weeks later my dog picked up a bug. Again they were great! Within a few hours he was feeling better! Signed up for their wellness plan - best thing I did!
Doctor Foster is the Best. She took great care of us and showed so much compassion when our elderly dog had issues. The staff is great!
Rude people working there...please if you love your animals, do not take them here. They don't care about anything but money. I gave them a second chance as I originally had problems at a different location. This one was even worse!! I don't know how any of them sleep at night.
When i set up an apointment for a rabies shot I was told it would be a tech visit. Showed up and they gave our dog an exam (she was not due for her annual) and then the shot. Should have cost us $20. Instead we got a $63 bill. I asked if this shouldnt just be a tech visit. The vet didnt respond. I asked again and she responded that with all shots they have to do an exam. They never did before. And why would they tell me when i set up the apointment that it would just be a tech visit. During the visit I asked a few questions during the exam about another one of our dogs. The vet never answered any of my questions. 2 days later I called about getting a perscription filled. They said no problem. I couldnt make it in that day. We got a call from the vet the next morning saying sorry she didnt call the day before. I didnt think they needed to call since they said no problem. She couldnt fill it right away because she had surgery. Understandably. Went in at 6pm. Prescription wasnt filled. I waited while a tech filled it. Why couldnt the tech fill it earlier. Banfield Money first! Your pets second. Will never return.
