Incompetent. Bait and switch. Unprofessional. Zero customer service. Just a few phrases I would use to describe this terrible business.
Worst customer service I've ever witnessed at ANY business. Avoid at ANY cost. They do not abide by their own corporate rules. Will scam you into a more expensive car then take your deposit.
Worst rental car experience ever.First they dont answer the phone so had to take a cab from airport to get to location.people were waiting over an hour to get there cars and they try and change the price youve already accepted once you get there and add on bogus charges. Ive rent alot of cars from different companies never had a bad experience till dollar.my advice go elsewhere.
A shuttle driver who should not be driving due to physical capabilities and unsafe driving, staff who are overworked (because only a single agent was covering three agencies), and unmarked damage/unclean vehicles await your next experience. Be sure and do your own video walk around before you leave because they will give you a blank walk around and unmarked fuel level. Really lacks a lot of the finesse and professionalism you normally get with rental agencies that services airports.
This rental car company is not onsite at the airport, but that's not what earned them a one-star. The shuttle experience was extremely slow, nerve-wracking when timing is critical. The office actually has a Hertz Dollar and Thrifty all in one. One clerks serving all for a line of 6 people waiting. On avg. it took her over 10 minutes to take care of each person. So after 40 minutes, I was finally at the counter. One word deserves a one star: S L O W. Not worth any savings whatsoever. Enterprise everyone, Enterprise!
