Made a reservation 7 days in advance for a special car. Reservation confirmed night before. Called the morning of and was told car would be there at 10 as opposed to 9. Arrived at 1010 and no car (what a surprise!) Oh, now the car would be there at 12. Every review that has been posted is correct. Left with out car and would never go back.
If you walk in and see Blake, walk back out. The cars you book are not there. The people are straight liars, and they don't even update their tags. We booked a Chevy Malibu and they told us we got a free upgrade to a Jeep Renegade with better MPG. That was a lie. They did not have any standard size cars. Terrible people. Terrible experience. Go anywhere else.
This place is a joke. The "customer service" I received from the older woman here was literally the worst I have EVER experienced in 34 years of life. I wasn't the only customer who was unable to get a car even though we both had reservations. I called the manager and she was even worse. No help at all. I will be going up the chain and recommend everyone else that is having problems does as well. I literally might havw lost my job over a mess up on their end. Not happy. I would not trust any positive reviews here as they are probably from employees
Terrible experience. Reserved a week out family vacation. Mid-size. Tried to shove us into one of two pick-ups. Had other cars. Didn't mention them at all. As we searched for another rental, the people behind us drove away in an SUV...11 June, 2017.
OMG RUN FROM HERE. I read the reviews but they had a special. Saved close to $100. WAS NOT WORTH IT!!!! I usually rent from Enterprise down the road. I should have taken them a print out of price and asked them if they could match it or at least come down some. I will be complaining to corporate about my experience. Corporate offices hate to get complaints. Straighten that place out or close it down. This location is giving Hertz a bad name. Enterprise on Airport is getting all my business from now on.
