Stupid policies that will ruin your credit score beware. I reserved a car through hotwire and they would not release the car to me. Also if you use debit card with a major credit card logo they will charge you more per day. You are better off renting somewhere else. Service was lacking. Did not receive a shuttle ride at all from the airport. Beware!
Not worth the time and money!
Don't rent here unless you don't care about what you reserved! I reserved a mini-van for a 10 hour family trip a MONTH in advance. We show up on time and they tell us that they won't have one for another hour and a half. We have to leave on schedule and don't have time to wait for an hour and a half. Why make reservations for 12:00 if I have time to wait until 1:30? She says she has an SUV that has third row seating which would work (we have 5 adult passengers plus luggage.) It's small. REALLY small. We have no choice but to take it. Let me tell you - it was the most uncomfortable 10 hours there and back. The car also felt like it needed new shocks. It was terrible. I will never rent from them again. I could have gotten the minivan from another vendor at the same price (when I reserved it) but picked them at random. Won't make that mistake again!
Poor customer service. Cars not on premises. Waited an hour+ while someone went to search for a car, even though reservations were in place for months. Good luck!!
Her colleague, Anna, obviously hates her job and the customers here. I've never been treated more badly than when forced to deal with her.

Mary Ann is an excellent representative of the three brands at this location (Hertz, Thrifty, and Dollar).
The location is not near the airport (where advertised); the shuttle picks up from airport and brings you on a ten minute drive. Once at the offsite rental car location, one worker for all passengers arriving is checking in customers. Forty minutes and counting to receive the rental car..
