Another customer where my car was being serviced ended up taking me to the office

Requested intermediate size car but this wasn't available so I was given a compact SUV to drive. I'm the only person in my family that doesn't drive either a van or SUV but this Jeep was very easy to drive and easy to make needed adjustments in the seat and steering wheel. I've rented many times from the Arden location and every person I encounter is always pleasant and so very professional.
Rented two vehicles in the past two weeks. Great service, great prices. Watching the group work together as a team helping each other out was awesome. As a manager myself, I know that is a trademark of good employees. Even when slammed, they'll do whatever they need to do to get your vehicle ready for you. Washing your car in a suit in 90% humidity, no problem! Highly recommend this location.
Apparently not enough staff...
Waited on pick up for 1.5 hours that never came..
The guys and gal at this location helped make what could have been a bad experience with enterprise into a good one. Without going into details about the previous location, the team at the airport road were professional and quick to help. Best customer service.
Vehicles are in very good condition for a hassle free drive. Friendly and more flexible staff to work with. Highly recommended!!
