Ran across this store while out of town doing some furniture shopping. I found the perfect pieces to complete my living room decor! I rarely ever leave reviews however when people go above and beyond to help you and give you the best shopping experience possible, they deserve some kudos! Devin was absolutely awesome! If you're looking for great service make sure you see him. I'd definitely return here for my furniture needs.
My husband and I recently decided to "run in" to Carolina Furniture Concepts while we were out Christmas shopping. We were lucky enough to have Lily Scott be our sales person at that time. She allowed us plenty of time to just "look around" and then made herself available to answer our questions. We had no intention of purchasing a sofa on that day, which is what we were looking at, but the purchase price and Lily's design sense made it so easy to do, that we did make a purchase.
My sister was furnishing her new home, as she has recently married. We didn’t know where to begin, but I think I made the right decision when I chose your store. When we first walked in, our initial reaction was of complete surprise at the vast selection that was available. The pieces we saw were stunning! The sales associate which helped us, Devin Hawkins, was a very charming gentleman. He was very informative on many different matters that helped us narrow down our selections to our favorites. He was also very persuasive! My sister spent a ridiculous amount of time (and money!) with Mr. Hawkins, but he was very good-natured about it and said that he enjoyed focusing all of his attention on us. We felt very welcomed and comfortable the entire visit. I have already begun telling others about my experience and have told them they must visit and see the gorgeous selection.
The staff at Carolina Furniture Concepts went above and beyond to help me and my children find the perfect beds and mattresses for our new house making sure they would be delivered on time when we move in. They also help me find a new dining room set to match my parent's set that I recently lost to storm damage. Everyone at the store was friendly and courteous from the time we walked in the door. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture. I have shopped other furniture stores and this is the best.

I’ve been looking for a good mattress for a while now and have been overwhelmed by all of the options...I was so impressed by how quickly Devin helped me find the perfect fit.
