Very crowded . Help hard to find
While waiting in line for a long time with 5 other customers and only one cashier. Other employees standing around talking. Then someone come in with a return, the cashier told this customer that she woukd help her next. There were still three of us in line who had been waiting. Guess my time wasn't important. I left. Poor management.
This World Market is really on point. If there is a line up front to check out, they call for help. Not just occasionally, but all the time. The beer/wine selection is outstanding and at least in my experiences, their returns process is generous and hassle-free.
Always fun to paruse through this store. Today we bought a couch for the office. Very pleased with transaction and customer service.
This is the place to shop for UNIQUE gifts. The staff member helping in the wine section knew her stuff. She made several excellent recommendations. This is a great place for gifts for all occasions, Christmas, birthdays, weddings, and other special events. Stuff for kitchen needs, clothing, home decor, furniture, packaged specialty foods (not fresh foods).
I shop here frequently and usually a good place to browse.
