Clean, well organized, good selection of office supplies, friendly staff. Their photo printing station is awesome.
This is the second time I have had amazing customer service at this store. A few weeks ago I came in looking for something I could not find anywhere but the internet. Andrew helped me get the product I needed that day. I was so happy that I hugged the stuffing out of him. The first time I got great customer service at this store was when I needed a photograph enlarged and placed on canvas. I first left the photo at Staples in Hendersonville, NC and almost a week later, they informed me it would be another few days. They even treated me like it was my fault. I collected my photo and brought it to OfficeMax in Arden. I came back in 20 minutes to find it ready and even better quality than I expected.
Manager this morning was very rude. I am hoping Staples provides better customer service!
I feel bad that they are a part of a dying breed, with internet shopping taking over the market, because they make an honest effort toward a good customer experience.
The manager is very nice and helpful. Employees are also very cordial. I had a bad experience with the printing department but it was taken care of in a fairly reasonable amount of time.
